Principles over Practices. Thinking over Prescription

Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) is a framework for scaling agile product development to mutiple teams. LeSS builds on top of the Scrum principles, such as empiricism, cross-functional self-managing teams. It provides simple structural rules and guidelines on how to adopt Scrum in large product development.

LeSS is to the organization, what Scrum is to the team: a simple, powerful, large-scale product development framework, designed to evolve within any unique organizational context.

The course provides lots of concrete examples and insights – from our experiences in larger and smaller companies. Participants will practice a lot with Systems Modelling and apply Innovation Games. You will dive deep on LeSS via many group exercises with lots of Q&A.

Note: Basic Scrum knowledge is expected and can be achieved by attending any of our Certified Scrum Master courses, or thoroughly reading Scrum introduction material, such as the Scrum Primer or the official Scrum Guide, and of course by practicing Scrum.
