Meet us at Conferences

Mike Leber is an international Executive Consultant and Business Agility Coach. His work is dedicated to evolving new types of Innovative & Adaptive Organizations, fit for the 21st century. With his clients he drives effective Business Agility competence, crafting innovative and collaborative spaces for fresh business models, shifting towards adaptive types of organizations and growing powerful product and service delivery.

Mike regularly speaks at international conferences and events. He is a member of the Heart of Agile team, a group of consultants closely collaborating with Agile Manifesto co-author Alistair Cockburn (more here: heartofagile.com).

With regards to agile coaching, Mike is the co-founder of the Professional Agile Coaching > curriculum, a seven month personal development program for effective coaching within agile business environments.

As a professional coach, Mike works with executives, senior leaders, teams across whole organizations. His background is a solid systemic coaching approach, nurtured with an ongoing development in various disciplines, for example systemic constellations, the solution-focused approach or specifically ORSC (Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching). Mike’s coaching stance builds upon two main pillars – the notion of relationship systems and the potentials of positive psychology.

We also help others to speak at conferences. As reviewers at international conferences we provide feedback and mentor our coachees to spread their valuable experiences and ideas at international and regional gatherings.

Besides organizing conferences ourselves, we talk, facilitate give speeches and workshops at around 10-15 public events per year. In addition we regularly give keynotes for inhouse clients. Our topics include innovation, entrepreneuership, leadership and modern forms of organizations and work.
