For this Online workshop we do not charge any VAT to businesses with a residence on EU territory (except AT), owning a valid VAT-ID (reverse charge applies).
Private EU participants (except AT) are charged their local VAT.
Not VAT gets charged to participants from outside the EU.

Cancellation: Cancellation rules apply as per our GTC.
Up to 4 calendar weeks before the event 90% refund.
Up to 2 calendar weeks 50%. At a later point or in case of "no show" no refund possible.
For online payments (e.g Paypal) we can not refund any payment fees of the third party, should you have issued the cancelation.
