This workshop is led by Mike Leber, leadership and business agility coach, who has years of experience as a manager and consultant on agile methods.
Mike was one of the first licensed Management 3.0 facilitators in the world and today offers the workshop around the globe.
As a coach, Mike has been supporting leaders and leadership teams in complex corporate transformations for many years.
In addition to Management 3.0, Mike works as a guide in the international Agile Leadership Journey program.
Mike is a long-time practitioner of numerous competency programs on the subject of leadership. He holds certifications in the Responsibility Process (Christoper Avery), ORSC (Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching), LA360 (Leadership Agility 360) and the LCP (Leadership Circle Profile) or CLA (Collective Leadership Assessment).
By the way, Mike is also a trainer for other trainers. With the concept “Training from the BACK of the Room” he teaches how to design particularly effective training formats. This will also benefit you as a participant in this event.
